PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE

Ordering is quick, easy and secure when shopping Metrostyle.com. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an easy, enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of the department tabs at the top of the page to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., Tops, Dresses, Jackets & Blazers, etc.).

Use our size pickers to select size and color. Then click the "Add to Cart" button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our various departments. You may view the contents of your Shopping Bag anytime. Select the Shopping Bag link at the top right hand corner of every page to see a list of the merchandise you've selected as well as your current total.

Once you're ready to check out, click the "Shopping Bag" button to view your items. If you have gift cards, promotional coupons or a deferred billing coupon, enter them in the appropriate boxes on the checkout page. If you haven't registered with us, you can checkout as a guest, however we strongly recommend that you register. As a registered customer, your billing and shipping information is automatically saved for you, making the checkout process more convenient.

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: Metrostyle® Gold Card, Metrostyle®, VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Network, and the American Express Card. Please note that we don't accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don't ship orders C.O.D. You can apply online for a Metrostyle® Credit Card.

At the end of your checkout process, you'll see an online message notifying you that your order is being processed. You can print this message for your records. Subsequently, you'll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in your account profile.

I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION

When you've completed checking out online, you should receive a confirmation email within 5-20 minutes, If, after 20 minutes, you haven't received an email from us confirming your order, you should check the status of your order online. The order you placed should appear as an order number with all zeros and will say "In process." This is exactly what you want to see. It means your order has been entered into our system. The order will be processed within 24-48 hours and your online status will change to "processed".

GIFT CARD AND PAPER GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS GIFT CARDS

For plastic cards, please scratch off the silver strip to reveal the card's PIN number. You will be required to provide the card number and the PIN number with each use. Purchase amount will be deducted from the card balance until the value is fully used. Gift Cards may only be used to purchase merchandise from Metrostyle®. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Please safeguard your card and keep your original receipt. Except in certain circumstances or as required by law, the value of a Gift Card, including any remaining balance, cannot be redeemed for cash or check, cannot be applied as payment to any account, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Your card number and PIN number are required for all inquiries. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS ONLINE

Gift Card and E-Gift Cards: To redeem Gift Cards online, simply enter the card number and PIN number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the card amount, a credit card or other acceptable payment method will be required to cover the remaining balance.

Paper Gift Certificates: To redeem paper Gift Certificates online, simply enter the certificate number in the Gift Card box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the paper gift certificate balance, a credit card or other acceptable payment method will be required to cover the remaining balance.

Please note: Gift Cards and paper Gift Certificates cannot be applied to orders shipping to multiple locations.

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

ARE GIFT CARDS TRANSFERABLE?

Yes. You may give your Gift Card to someone else.

LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARDS

Except in certain circumstances and you have proof of purchase and the card number, Metrostyle® is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Keep your original receipt and safeguard your card.

ARE GIFT CARDS TAXED?

Taxes will not be applied to the face value of your gift card purchase.

CAN I RELOAD MY GIFT CARD?

We cannot reload gift cards at this time, but you can always purchase a new card.

DO GIFT CARDS HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

No. Gift cards do not have an expiration date.

CAN I PAY MY Metrostyle® CREDIT CARD BALANCE WITH MY GIFT CARD?

No. The value of a Gift Card cannot be applied as payment to any account.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M RETURNING MERCHANDISE PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

If you return merchandise purchased with a Gift Card, you will be issued a return merchandise credit certificate for the value of your credit.

SHOULD I DISPOSE OF MY GIFT CARD ONCE I'VE SPENT ITS ENTIRE VALUE?

Yes. Once you have exhausted the balance of your gift card, you may dispose of the card. It is not reloadable.
